Our Coronavirus (COVID-19) Preparedness

We are continuing to take proactive steps for the health and safety of our customers, employees and our community as a whole. These steps include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Increasing the frequency of sanitizing all guest rooms, commons areas, and high-touch surface areas.

  • Measuring employee temperature on a daily basis, encouraging them to stay home when they are sick and educating them on CDC recommended health measures.

  • Adding individual sanitizing wipes for guests to use in each room.

  • Our restaurant Tracey's is reservation only.

  • Complimentary morning snacks have been removed from the common area. However, complimenary coffee will still be available.

  • In an abundance of caution, we have paused cleaning stay over rooms. If you are in need of extra towels and amenities, please contact the front desk.

General Good Health Recommendations

We recommend that our customers, employees and our community as a whole continue to follow best practices provided by the CDC to ensure good health including the following:

  • If you are feeling sick, please stay home and contact your medical provider.

  • Frequently touched surfaces and objects should be cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis.

  • Remember to cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue when possible and dispose of the tissue in the trash.

  • Maintain social distancing when in public areas and avoid sick people.

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

  • Refrain from touching your mouth, eyes and nose with unwashed hands.
