What it means for our guests: Innkeeper mode simply means we’re making our key staff available to you when you need us! Our general office hours are: Monday through Friday, 9A-5P. We’re always on call, should you need anything, please call 906.387.8000 or text us at 906.202.4659.

Check In / JustIN Mobile app download: We’ve made it extremely easy to check in with your smartphone. We’ve partnered with JustIn Mobile (powered by SALTO) to bring you a flawless, contactless experience. Download the app here at least one day prior to check in. If you’re in need of key cards during your stay, please stop by during our regular office hours.

Coffee, Ice & Amenities during innkeeper mode: 

• We’ve stocked up your room with the most delicious, bold & locally roasted single-serve coffee on the planet, from our sister company, Gallery Coffee Co. Just let us know when you run out; we’ll be happy to replenish!
• Ice: available in the Ice room, located on the main floor, next to Room 7. There, you’ll also find complimentary snacks & room amenities needed during your stay. We replenish this room frequently. We do ask that you only take room amenities on as needed basis.

• Looking for Tracey’s gift cards? Please call 906.387.8000 or stop in during Tracey’s dinner hours: Wednesday-Saturday, 5P-10P.

Check Out:  Checking out has never been easier. Simply gather your belongings and walk out the door by 11am! You may keep your keys as a souvenir, or leave them at the front desk. You’ll receive a final e-mail with details of your stay upon your departure.
